Chuanjing Electric has become a good quality enterprise in the quality inspection of dehumidifiers b

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of China recently organized a national supervision and spot check on the quality of dehumidifier products. A total of 8 products (excluding exports) produced by 8 enterprises in 4 provinces and municipalities including Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Guangdong were randomly inspected, with a product sampling qualification rate of 87.5%.

This spot check conducted inspections on 19 items of dehumidifier products, including electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and performance, in accordance with the mandatory national standard GB4706.32-2004 "Special Requirements for Safety of Heat Pump Air Conditioners and Dehumidifiers for Household and Similar Electrical Appliances" and the recommended national standard GB/T19411-2003 "Dehumidifiers".

During the spot check, it was found that the dehumidifier mainly has the following quality issues:

One reason is that some products have substandard power connections and external soft wires, mainly because the fixing device for connecting the soft wire is not reliably fixed on the appliance, which may cause consumers to re fix the power wire when replacing it, leading to displacement of the power wire caused by external forces during use of the dehumidifier, resulting in short circuits or electric shock.

The second issue is that some product labels and instructions are not standardized, mainly due to the failure to indicate on the nameplate the allowable working overpressure on the suction/exhaust side of the refrigeration circuit.
